Certain transactions may still trigger alert messages if the merchant processes the payment in a separate location. This most often occurs at business franchises where the transaction occurs at the point-of-sale, but the actual payment processing may occur in another state. Examples of this can include fast food, contractors, transportation, parking garages, etc.
I have already set my alerts to “Preferred Transactions”, why am I still receiving alerts for transactions even though I have toggled them off for that category? Print
