Prior to setting up your new phone, most authenticator apps offer the option to transfer your account to a new device. Please refer to individual application instructions. In the event you lose your phone, you may remove authenticator as an authentication option. Click Edit under Security Options, then, toggle-off the by Authenticator bar, enter your password and click Save. Once the authenticator option is removed, you may begin the process to pair your account from the beginning or chose text or phone as an option to securely login from an unrecognized device.
