No. A third-party check is one that is not originally payable to you, but signed over to you from someone else. You may only deposit checks payable to you and/or your joint owner. Checks payable to you and your joint owner must be endorsed by both of you.
Example: A check is payable to John Smith, endorsed by John Smith and then signed over to Jane Smith. Jane Smith deposits the check to her account using Mobile Deposit and John is not an owner on the account. This check would not be accepted if submitted through Tower’s Mobile Deposit.
