Yes, opting-out of receiving promotional/marketing e-mails will not affect the Forgotten Password feature. To use the Forgotten Password feature, you must enter an e-mail address. The e-mail address you enter is your primary e-mail address for Home Banking. You can opt-out of all promotional/marketing e-mails by going to My Profile, then Update email options and choosing Change Promotional/Marketing Email Subscription.
