For security reasons, Tower does not have access to this information. You can click on the 'Forgot Password/Username?' link on the digital banking login page. You will be asked to confirm your identity using one of the security contacts you set up. Once you establish your identity, you will be sent a temporary password via SMS text or phone, depending on your contact preferences. You can also call the Member Service Center at 301-497-7000 or 866 -56-TOWER for additional assistance.
