If you placed your Stop Payment order in Home Banking or Mobile App, you can check the status of your Stop Payment. However, if you placed your Stop Payment order in Tower Talk 24 or by contacting Tower directly, you will not be able to view the status of your Stop Payment using in Home Banking or Mobile App.

To view the status of your order,


In Home Banking: Login and select Additional Services then Stop Payment. Select Check the Status of a Stop Payment and the corresponding account. Enter your check number and press Submit. Once you have submitted your request, confirm your check query and you will receive a Stop Payment receipt and status update.


In Tower’s Mobile App: Login to Mobile App, select More, Account Services then Stop Payment. Select Check status of a Stop Payment and enter your check number. Select the corresponding account and press submit. Once you have submitted your request, confirm your check query and you will receive a Stop Payment receipt and status update.
