In Home Banking:  Login to Home Banking, go to Bill Payment, My Bills & People I Pay, select the Payee/Bill, and then select Option.  Select Stop eBill or Get Started to begin receiving eBills.

 

In Tower’s Mobile App: Login to Tower’s Mobile App, select Bill Pay, select the Payee/Bill and then select eBill to turn eBills ON/OFF.

 

The payee will be notified to stop and/or resume sending eBills. However, you may receive an eBill after canceling eBill service due to the payee’s billing cycle. You may have to make a payment to the payee from My Bills & People I Pay to cover the eBill, or make the payment outside of Bill Payment.
