1. Login to Home Banking
  2. Click Additional Services
  3. Click Export
  4. Choose the sub-account you would like to export from the drop-down menu (00, 02, etc)
  5. Choose the dates of account history to export
  6. Choose the format: “Quicken 99 and later (QIF)” for versions of Quicken released from 1999 thru 2004.  Dates are in a format of MM/DD/YYYY

Choose the format: “Quicken 99 and later (QIF) (foreign date format)” for foreign versions of Quicken released from 1999 thru 2004. Dates are in a format of DD/MM/YYYY

  1. Click Download Data
  2. A window will pop up.  Click Save and choose Desktop
  3. A second window will pop up showing the status of the saved information.  Click Close if it does not close automatically
  4. Minimize all browser windows until the desktop is in view 
  5. Open the Quicken program
  6. Click on File (top left side of screen)
  7. Click Import, then click QIF file 
  8. A window will appear with two fields. The first drop-down menu allows you to choose the appropriate sub-account.  At the second field, click Browse and choose Desktop
  9. Double-click the QIF file to complete the import
  10. A window will pop up with the amount of transactions imported.  Click OK
  11. Quicken will automatically update and change screens to show new account registry
