Yes. To protect your privacy, you are required to authenticate yourself on each individual mobile device using the same login credentials you use to login to Tower's Home Banking. All communication between your mobile device and the mobile banking server is encrypted. Your password and account information are never stored on the mobile device. In addition, Tower does not store or have access to Touch ID™ authentication.
