Tower does not charge a fee for using Mobile Deposit. Contact your cellular provider for any charges related to your data plan usage.

To which accounts can I make a deposit?
You can deposit checks using Mobile Deposit to your savings accounts, including Prime Share and Clubs, and to your Regular or Request Checking accounts.

What should I do if I am having difficulty taking pictures of my check for Mobile Deposit and it shows me an error?
Most errors occur because of dim lighting. Try retaking the picture in a more brightly-lit space. Try to avoid shadows by facing the light source.

The 30-day rolling limit begins from the time the deposit posts to your account, not at the time you submit your Mobile Deposit.
