To add a joint owner, you will need to complete an Account Update Card. All current owners, and the new joint owner will need to sign. You can get an Account Update Card at a branch, send a secure chat or email through Home Banking, or call the Member Service Center at 301-497-7000 or 866-56-TOWER to request the necessary paperwork be mailed to you.
