If you plan on using your Tower debit or credit cards out of your normal area or internationally, we recommend you notify Tower to avoid any interruption of your card during your travels.

Setup or delete a Credit Card travel notification:

In Tower's Mobile App: 

  • Login and select More, then Credit Card Travel Notification.
  • Select the + to add a new Travel Notification.
  • Enter the required information including credit card CVV then click Submit.
  • If you need to delete a notification: Login and select More, then Credit Card Travel Notification. Find your notification and select Delete.

In Home Banking:

  • Login and select Additional Services then Credit Card Travel Notification
  • Select the + to add a new Travel Notification.
  • Enter the required information including the credit card CVV then click Submit.
  • If you need to delete a notification: Login and select Additional Services then Credit Card Travel Notification. Find your notification and select Delete.
