Yes, once you setup your external accounts and you have completed the verification process.

In Home Banking: Select Transfer and Pay, External Funds Transfer.

In Tower’s Mobile App: Select More, External Funds Transfer.

Enter your transfer amount, the transaction frequency, the number of transactions, then press submit and you'll be ready to go.
