Yes, once you setup your external accounts and you have completed the verification process.

In Home Banking: Select Transfer and Pay, External Funds Transfer.

In Tower’s Mobile App: Select More, External Funds Transfer.

Enter the amount and the date when you would like the funds to be sent to or from your external account.
