Bill Payment is available in Home Banking and in our Mobile App. Pay bills to companies such as Verizon, BGE, and Comcast or make payments to friends and family. 

There are two basic steps involved in using Bill Payment to make payments:

• Set up your payees
• Schedule one-time or recurring/automatic payments

When you make a payment, you are specifying the payment due date. We recommend that you schedule your payment date at least five business days before the actual bill due day to allow time for the payment to be delivered and for the payee to post the payment. Please ensure that funds are available in your appropriate Tower checking account. For each payment, the Bill Payment processor determines the payment method based on a number of factors. Payments are made either by corporate check, laser draft or electronically.
