You can only use one checking account for this service, either your Regular or Request checking. To setup Bill Payment as a first time user please visit “How do I Enroll for Bill Payment?” You will be able to choose which checking account to use during enrollment.

If you currently use Bill Payment with your Regular checking account and would like to switch to a Request checking, you can submit a request using secure E-mail Manager in Home Banking , or you can submit a signed request. You can fax that request to 301-497-8930, or mail it to PO Box 123, Annapolis Junction, MD 20701. Your payment history will transfer over to the new account.
