You can access Bill Payment if you have a Tower Regular or Request checking account and are enrolled in Home Banking or use Tower’s Mobile App.  


In Home Banking: Login to Home Banking and select Transfer and Pay then Pay Bills from the top navigation menu and follow the enrollment instructions.


In Tower’s Mobile App: Login to Tower’s Mobile App and select Pay then Pay Bills and follow the enrollment instructions.

Fill out the online application and select Submit. Your application information is electronically delivered to Tower.


Tower will then set up your Bill Payment account with the Bill Payment processor. Within 3-5 days, you will receive an e-mail stating your application has been processed, and that you are ready to begin using Bill Payment.


If you are not already signed up for Home Banking, apply online today or go to Sign up in Tower’s Mobile App.

If you already use Home Banking or our Mobile App but you don't yet have a checking account with Tower, login to Home Banking and click Open More Accounts, then Checking Account. Complete the online checking account application and it will be securely submitted to Tower.
