If you placed your Stop Payment order in Home Banking, you can check the status of your Stop Payment in Home Banking. However, if you placed your Stop Payment order in Tower Talk 24 or by contacting Tower directly, you will not be able to view the status of your Stop Payment using in Home Banking.

To view the status of your order, login to Home Banking and click on Additional Services then Stop Payment. Select Check the Status of a Stop Payment and the corresponding account. Enter your check number and press Submit. Once you have submitted your request, confirm your check query and you will receive a Stop Payment receipt and status update.
