If you believe that your password has been lost or compromised, notify Tower immediately. The fastest way to contact Tower is to call the Member Service Center at 301-497-7000 or 800-787-8328 during business hours or by visiting a branch. You can change your password by clicking My Profile and Change next to password in Home Banking.
