Tower is required to issue the 1099INT Interest Income, 1099R Distributions from IRAs and 1098 Mortgage Interest tax forms by the last day in January. If the last day of January falls on a weekend, then we have until the first business day of February to issue the tax forms. The 5498 IRA Contribution Information tax form is issued by the last day in May. If the last day of May falls on a weekend, then we have until the first business day of June to issue the 5498 tax form.
